Although it was his interest in finance that led him to this industry, David’s desire to work directly with people, not just numbers on a screen, led him to pursue a career as a Financial Advisor. Being able to work closely with clients and families is his passion, helping them to realize their goals together and build a stronger financial future. David strives to build long-lasting relationships in order to best serve clients and create an exceptional experience.

In his role as a Client Advisor, David works closely with our clients as part of an interdisciplinary team of investment and financial planning professionals. He coordinates financial planning initiatives, facilitates communication between the advisory team and clients, and takes a proactive approach as he anticipates future planning opportunities and discussions.

As part of an advisory team, David works closely with lead advisors to develop comprehensive financial plans and structure roadmaps for our clients’ financial journeys. Leveraging a variety of financial tech resources and software implemented at Glassman Wealth, he helps guide our clients through the steps necessary to reach their goals.

David graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, specializing in a financial planning track. He became a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) in February of 2017 while working as an Associate Financial Advisor for a local wealth management firm. He currently lives in Falls Church with his partner Laura Beth, his daughters Eleanor and Willa Jane, and his golden retriever Ranger.

Fun Fact: Not only is David adept at using computers, but he also enjoys building them in his free time.
