One of my favorite books that we’ve added to our collection, Kelly’s book reflects some of the ideas that have driven our own team. Why should your career and day-to-day life get in the way of your dreams? Kelly believes that a company becomes the best version of itself by helping its employees live out their dreams. We adhere to the same philosophy. If our team members are fulfilled in their careers and thriving in their roles, they will be even more devoted to enriching the lives of our clients. This is a fairly quick read, written as a parable, but has a message worth taking to heart.
