Glassman Wealth Proud To Support The Ryan Kerrigan Leukemia Golf Classic

I am always happy to spend some time out on a golf course, but the opportunity to support a good cause makes it significantly more meaningful. This past Monday my colleague, Colin Gerrety, and I had the opportunity to participate in the Ryan Kerrigan Leukemia Golf Classic alongside some friends. Glassman Wealth has been a sponsor of this event for several years, and it’s always an incredible time to meet some amazing people—and not just the Washington Redskins athletes.

We had the opportunity to meet several children going through this terrible disease, and listen to their parents talk about the support they have received from the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. It is inspiring to hear the incredible stories of the strength and resilience of these children as they go through treatment.

Our foursome was lucky enough to be joined by a Redskins player. Matt Ioannidis, a defensive end, should definitely stick to football, but he was a great sport and provided the entertainment for the group!  We wish Matt good luck this upcoming season.

We look forward to continuing to support this event, and push research one step closer to finding a cure.
