Mia Jackson’s charisma and generous personality leave a lasting impression on our clients and her Glassman Wealth team members. She is an enthusiastic team player, and continuously looking for ways to help out members of the team in any way possible.
As Barry’s Executive Assistant she coordinates Barry’s schedule and helps navigate his day-to-day tasks, ensuring that his time and focus are directed towards what matters the most: our clients.
Prior to working at Glassman Wealth, Mia was with The Ezra Company, a DC-based real estate advisory firm, for nearly ten years as an Executive Assistant. It was with The Ezra Company, a firm dedicated solely to representing tenants, that she learned the value and necessity of a client-first culture and the importance of supporting executives. Because of this background, Mia joined Glassman Wealth already living and breathing our vision of doing all she can to enrich the lives of our clients.
Giving back to the community has long been a significant part of Mia’s life. She is passionate about teaching by example, and along with her children, cooks homemade meals once a month for the residents of Second Story, a teen crisis home located in Vienna, VA. She has also taught English as a second language through Catholic Charities Hogar Immigrant Services.
Fact: Mia speaks fluent Italian and returns to Rome yearly for family get-togethers. She is a busy mother of 5, seeing the last two finish high school and moving on to college.
