Amy Yurkewitch is thrilled to join the Glassman Wealth team as Director of First Impressions and Office Administrator and excited to share in Glassman’s vision for enriching the lives of clients. She works to bring the culture of caring to clients as well as her co-workers. Since starting the position in March 2020, she unfortunately has not had the opportunity to meet clients in person but is certainly enjoying getting to know them by phone to start.

Amy has experience in administrative roles in several fields and brings her focus on exceptional customer service with both enthusiasm and skill. In a previous position at Nordstrom, she was extremely proud and humbled to be named a Customer Service All-Star.

One of her main objectives in her support role is to take care of the details and anticipate the needs of the Glassman team – anything that makes their jobs just a little easier or frees up their time to focus on their work with our clients.

Amy holds a Bachelor of Music in Performance from Shenandoah Conservatory and attended graduate school at the University of Maryland. She believes that many qualities that make someone a good musician translate easily to being a dedicated team player in the office as well: listening, focusing on particular details to enhance the bigger picture, performing at your best in order to give others the chance to excel, and creating a welcoming environment where creativity can thrive.

Fun Fact: When not in the office, you can find Amy playing clarinet and singing regularly in Washington, DC area ensembles.
