LET’S START WITH THE BASICS

Day One: April 22!

Don’t pack lunch (and go ahead and skip breakfast, too); we’ll make sure you’re well fed. Breakfast with the Glassman Wealth team begins at 9:00 to officially welcome YOU! And our dress code? We’re a business casual office.

You’ll not only be working closely with Zach and Laura, but they have purposefully structured your first 30, 60, 90 days at Glassman Wealth to ensure you are involved with many members of the team, giving you the opportunity to build relationships and learn from a variety of people. This 30/60/90 plan will help provide clarity and direction on what to accomplish as you begin your journey as part of our team.

This is the team at the 2024 Washington Business Journal’s Best Place to Work awards event. (Did you know you were joining such a stylish and talented team?!) This year’s event takes place in May and you’ll have the chance to join the team for plenty of food, fun, bowling, and celebrating!
