Client Service and Operations Manager

One of the things that Zachary has enjoyed most in his more than 10 years in the financial services industry is simplifying difficult concepts and tasks. The ability to take something complex and break it down for the client allows him to ensure complete and total understanding from both parties. This trait, teamed with his passion for helping others reach their goal, makes him a valuable member of Glassman Wealth.

As the Client Service and Operations Manager, Zachary simplifies and executes many of the day-to-day financial tasks for clients and their advisors. He works closely with clients as he assists them with their account requests, and is readily available to answer questions about their accounts.

He also maintains our sophisticated portfolio management system, manages our performance reporting, and helps clients with their personalized portals. He provides a smooth transition for new clients and delivers exceptional client service for both new and existing clients.

His support for the Client Advisors in their daily activities frees them from operational tasks to focus on creating more amazing moments for our clients as they advise them on their financial planning and investment initiatives.

A graduate of the University of Iowa, Zachary is relatively new to the DC metro area and has been enjoying exploring and learning more about DC. Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Zachary is a lifelong St. Louis Blues Fan, although we’ve been working on converting him to the Capitals.
