Elena has a diverse international background, having worked for some of the top companies in the hospitality industry in the US as well as overseas. Her areas of expertise include CRM solution rollout and management, database administration, and client support.
One of the things Elena enjoys most is using her technical skills and systems knowledge to provide ongoing support to the GWS team of experts, ensuring seamless and satisfying experiences for both clients and team members.
Elena comes from an academic family and holds a master’s degree in psychology and teaching. In her free time, she likes to travel, read, and work out. She lives in Falls Church, Virginia with her partner David, baby girl Arya, and dog Max.
Fun Fact: Elena was born in Siberia. She moved to China in her early twenties and worked as a teacher and tour guide to help improve her Chinese.
