In order to perform at your best, you need to be at your best. We recognize that at Glassman Wealth, which is why we have established our Wellness Program.

Rather than give you a gym membership that you might not use or need, we give every member of the team a $100 stipend a month to put towards wellness. This could be anything from a gym membership, to massages, to a new bike. You can spend it monthly, or up to $300 quarterly- just get the receipts to Shannon by the week before quarter's end.

Not sure if your spending counts as "wellness"? Just ask Julia.

We also offer a variety of healthy snacks, an in-office Peloton bike that you can book time via the Outlook Calendar, and various wellness-based events throughout the year.

We like the mantra of "Work Hard, Play Hard", and our successes brought on by hard work should be celebrated.

We recently hit $1 Billion in assets under management. This milepost is significant, and testifies to the hard work put in by the team, and the commitment we have to our clients.

Every Friday the office gets free lunch, courtesy of Barry. Not only that, but the kitchen is kept stocked with coffee, tea, and a variety of healthy snacks. We even have a blender if you feel adventurous with smoothies.

Now remember that part about celebrating success? Every time we sign on a new, qualified client, we get a free lunch week. That's right- an entire week of lunch, courtesy of Glassman Wealth, for each new client. Make sure you don't meal prep the Sunday before.

• Eat a memorable lunch, or try something brand new, so that when you look back at your day, lunch stands out and hopefully puts a smile on your face.
