One of the things that we pride ourselves on at Glassman Wealth is our company culture. We strive to create an environment where our employees can thrive, and offer them the means to pursue their passions and interests. We are proud to announce that we were again chosen by the Washingtonian as one of the 50 Great Places to Work in 2017, earning a spotlight in The Happiest DC Companies With Fewer than 20 Employees.
We have grown quite a bit since our founding in 2009, but our culture and dedication to excellence has not changed. Our recently implemented Wellness Initiative has weekly challenges and focuses to help our team find balance in their personal well-being, allowing them to thrive in their work. We continue to offer unlimited vacation days, and our quarterly “thinking days,” when employees are told to stay away from the office and explore ways to improve the client experience.
Of course, this would not be possible without the exceptional employees that continue to work hard and offer the experience our clients have come to expect from Glassman Wealth. Our continued commitment to excellence remains unwavering, and we are proud of the experience we are able to offer to both employees and clients.
