One of the things that we pride ourselves on at Glassman Wealth is our company culture. We have grown quite a bit since our founding in 2009, but our culture and dedication to excellence has not changed. Our recently implemented Wellness Initiative has weekly challenges and focuses to help our team find balance in their personal well-being, allowing them to thrive in their work. We continue to offer unlimited vacation days, and our quarterly “thinking days,” when employees are told to stay away from the office and explore ways to improve the client experience.
